Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, build channel partnerships, and expand the market presence .
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through various sales channels
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Develop strategic partnerships with brokers and channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Build strong relationships with HNI and investor clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation
- Maintain proper sales pipeline and reporting
- Negotiate deals and close high-value transactions
- Represent the brand professionally in meetings and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage client relationships professionally
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Experience in real estate sales preferred
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of farmland/farmhouse investment market
- Existing broker or investor network is a plus
- Strong presentation and convincing abilities
