Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through research and outreach.
- Connect with builders, brokers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Assist in pitching real estate solutions and investment opportunities.
- Maintain client records and update the CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in making calls and interacting with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
