Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented changes and suggest further enhancements as needed.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business processes effectively.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to gather and validate process requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions and present process improvements clearly.
- Capability to design and implement continuous monitoring frameworks for process optimization.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
