Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at the site. The role involves supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of work, maintaining quality and safety standards, and coordinating between contractors, labor, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per schedule and drawing.
- Ensure proper execution of work by contractors and laborers.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Work Coordination:
- Coordinate with civil subcontractors, vendors, and site labor for smooth execution.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Assist the site engineer and project manager in day-to-day site operations.
Quality & Safety:
- Ensure work is carried out as per quality standards and design specifications.
- Enforce safety practices and conduct regular safety checks.
- Monitor workmanship and report any quality issues to the site engineer.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), labor deployment, and material consumption logs.
- Assist in preparing measurements for billing and verification.
- Report any delays, issues, or site challenges to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and materials.
- Ability to read and understand structural/architectural drawings.
- Leadership skills to manage site labor and contractors.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word) for reporting.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI in Civil or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of site supervision experience in building construction / infrastructure / real estate / industrial projects.
- Experience with RCC, finishing works, formwork, concreting, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
