Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee records management, payroll support, statutory compliance coordination, office administration, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documentation.
Assist in payroll processing by maintaining attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and shift records.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Administration
Manage office administration and day-to-day facility operations.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office support services.
Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships.
Handle travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and employee logistics when required.
Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Manage company assets and maintain related records.
Handle courier, stationery, utility bills, and general administrative activities.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain statutory records and coordinate compliance-related documentation.
Support audits by providing required HR and administrative records.
Ensure proper filing and record management of all HR and administrative documents.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in recruitment, payroll support, attendance management, and office administration preferred.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR processes and labor law compliance.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Preferred Attributes

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
