Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Marketing Executive to join our Civil Testing Laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, quotation preparation, documentation, field team follow-up, and promoting our civil testing services. Candidates with a Civil Engineering background (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.
- Maintain client records, project documents, and marketing-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding enquiries, testing requirements, and project updates.
- Explain civil testing services such as concrete testing, soil testing, bitumen testing, NDT, pile load testing, and other laboratory services.
- Follow up with the field engineering team to ensure timely completion of testing assignments.
- Coordinate with the laboratory team for sample status, test reports, and report delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through phone calls, emails, and client visits.
- Prepare daily marketing reports and maintain CRM/database records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
- Support tender enquiries and maintain proper documentation for client submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good understanding of civil construction materials and laboratory testing services.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and field teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Preferred Candidate
- Civil Engineering graduates are mostly welcome.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹14,600.00 - ₹19,300.00 per month
