Key Responsibilities:
- Create and attach tassels to saree pallus using threads, beads, pearls, mirrors, and decorative materials.
- Ensure tassels are securely fixed and evenly aligned.
- Match tassel colors, designs, and materials with the saree.
- Perform hand-knotting, braiding, and decorative finishing techniques.
- Inspect completed sarees for quality, neatness, and durability.
- Repair or replace damaged tassels when required.
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work area.
- Complete assigned work within production timelines.
Qualifications:
- Basic education preferred.
- Experience in saree tassel work or hand embellishment is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
