Job Overview
Actinse Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, conducting site measurements, analyzing drawings and specifications, and supporting the sales and execution teams with reliable budgeting and pricing for residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites and conduct accurate measurements and assessments.
- Analyze architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material quantity take-offs.
- Estimate costs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, furniture, civil works, electrical works, and complete interior fit-outs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain material quotations.
- Prepare project budgets, pricing proposals, and cost breakdowns.
- Work closely with the design, sales, and project execution teams.
- Update estimates based on design revisions and client requirements.
- Maintain estimation records, pricing databases, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and project cost reports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in interior estimation, quantity surveying, or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience in residential interior projects and modular furniture estimation will be an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
