Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Wonderla’s presence in the away market and inbound tourism segment. The role focuses on building partnerships and driving footfall and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs
- Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage strong partner relationships
- Develop business strategies for tourism market growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements
- Create innovative travel packages and offerings
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or business development
- Strong knowledge of travel agency and tour operator networks
- Experience in B2B sales or field sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Candidates from Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality backgrounds are preferred.
