We're a Tier 1 architecture and interiors firm delivering high-end corporate projects for multinational clients. We're building out our BIM team and are open to candidates at multiple experience levels — from sharp freshers to seasoned coordinators.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage Revit models from CAD drawings and native design development
- Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants; run clash detection
- Uphold BIM standards, LOD requirements, and internal workflows across all projects
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Revit proficiency required; AutoCAD expected; Navisworks a strong plus
- Solid grasp of BIM workflows and LOD standards — or a demonstrable drive to get there fast
- Clear communicator who thrives under project deadlines
Experience
We're hiring across a range:
- Freshers / 0–2 years: Strong Revit fundamentals, eager to learn
- Mid-level / 2–5+ years: Independent modeller with coordination experience
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
