We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales professional responsible for generating business through corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and maximizing hotel revenue through room sales, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate clients (B2B sales)
- Generate room night sales, conference bookings, and event business
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
- Handle key accounts and ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and corporate rates
Market Research
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
- Identify new business opportunities and segments
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with front office, reservations, and operations team
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings and client requirements
Reporting
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and client database
- Update CRM regularly with leads and conversions
Key Requirements: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Experience:
- 1–5 years (Executive) / 4–8 years (Manager) in hotel sales
Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of corporate sales & hotel operations
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue generation (Room nights / ARR)
- Number of new corporate accounts
- Client retention rate
- Conversion ratio
- Occupancy contribution from corporate segment
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality industry (Hotels / Resorts)
- Existing corporate client base (added advantage)
Compensation:
- As per industry standards + Incentives
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
