Job Description :-
- 2-5 years of site execution experience on industrial (factory/warehouse/plant) and/or low-rise residential RCC projects
- Hands-on experience in reading and interpreting structural and architectural GFC drawings and coordinating with consultants for clarifications
- Experience in quantity take-off and joint measurements, preparing/checking measurement books (MB) and supporting contractor RA bills
- Ability to prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and basic QA/QC documentation (checklists, cube test records, pour cards, etc.)
- Working knowledge of site safety practices and ability to enforce basic HSE requirements with contractors
- Willingness to work full-time from site/office in Nigdi, Pune and manage multiple work fronts under tight timelines
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi for coordination with clients, contractors, and labour teams
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement checking, concreting, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, and finishing activities as per IS codes
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
