Job Summary:
The Sales & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting both sales operations and administrative functions within the organization. The role involves assisting in lead generation, client coordination, and order processing, while also handling day-to-day office administration. The candidate will ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in generating leads and supporting sales activities
* Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide basic information on products/services
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
* Follow up on enquiries, payments, and order status
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
* Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, dispatch) for smooth operations
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation and filing
* Manage office communication such as emails, calls, and correspondence
* Support inventory tracking and basic stock coordination (if applicable)
* Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other administrative documents
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
* Provide general support to the sales team and management as required
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
