Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/services
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales/business development (preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles)
