What this Job Involves
Operational Matters
Provide the support to the Procurement Management team in the corporate office & single point of contact procurement in the India specific City
Be responsible for statutory compliance program for sub vendors across client for India.
In consultation and collaboration with client & JLL team leads support the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub-contractor service delivery across all sites.
Ensure client satisfaction with Facility/Property Management teams across India sites by providing a seamless interface into central procurement. Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
Understand the Procurement Management scope for the client assigned, implement / support developing client specific processes and procedures and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
Support the IFM Head in the implementation of short and long-term projects for client India.
Implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.
Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit standards.
Share benchmarks data & best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for Jones Lang LaSalle & client.
Daily Routine Job:
Receive Requisition.
Initiate the Sourcing process with Site visit, SOW/BOQ and final quote.
Getting approval from different stake holders before submitting vendor recommendation to requestor
Follow-up with different stake holders for clarification, if any and revert on any query raised by the stakeholders.
Weekly report on Pending PR, PR open items, contract status after Manually checking each open items and through mail on other open items.
Weekly call with City Leads on open item status.
Weekly call with Internal SCM team on open item status.
Bi-Weekly call with US JLL team.
Commercial Negotiation with vendor and closure.
Contract Processing in Jagger from initiation to Final contract sign.
Vendor Meeting/Call.
Coordinating with JLL Corporate Sourcing to get any vendor reference and any other related issue.
PO & Amendments creation in JDE.
Manage vendor conflicts.
Supplier Onboarding Document collection. Filled the required document and get it on boarded by AP team
Key Performance Measures:
Complete contract management responsibilities
Procurement process & regulatory communication within the organization and with the site teams.
Client satisfaction
Improvement and savings initiatives for the sites as well as Jones Lang LaSalle.
Management Role/Responsibilities
In addition to providing the information listed above, the management responsibilities of this role include:
Weekly call with IFM City Leads to discuss the status of Open Items.
Biweekly call with JLL/Client US team to share the India concern.
Interaction
Coordination with IFM team for requisition template with BOQ and SOW.
Coordination with Finance team for resolving any invoice / open PO related issues
Sound Like You? To Apply you need to be:
Education / Years of Experience: Engineering diploma / Graduate with minimum 8 years of Experience in managing SCM process. IFM Industry exposure will be preferred.
Skill Sets: Thorough knowledge on IFM Sourcing Process.
Technical: Good knowledge in MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
