Job responsibilities:
1. Handling despatch of material which includes monitoring inflow and outflow of goods
2. Making bills
Checking bills referring despatch register
3. Making e invoices
4. Correspondence
5. Filing
6. Maintenance of stock
7. Handling petty cash expenses
8. Maintaining sufficient stock
Order placing
9. Handling phone calls as and when reqd
10. Handling staff as a senior
Timing : 10.30 am to 6 pm
