Job Role:
We are hiring a dynamic professional to support business development for our engineering services (CAD, FEA services). The role includes lead generation, client interaction, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with employees deployed at various client locations.
- Build and maintain strong employee relations by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Visit client locations regularly for coordination, employee engagement, and operational support.
- Act as a bridge between the company, employees, and customers.
- Monitor employee attendance, joining, onboarding, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support for client requirements.
- Prepare and share reports related to manpower, site visits, and operational activities.
- Handle employee grievances and escalate issues whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements:
MBA (Fresher)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic understanding of engineering or willingness to learn
Comfortable with calling and client interaction
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and emails
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
