About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Education Counsellor cum Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have experience in student counselling, admissions, or educational sales and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding our courses and admission process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective students and generated leads.
- Regularly follow up with interested students until admission closure.
- Handle front office operations and greet walk-in visitors professionally.
- Manage office maintenance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and admission support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as an Education Counsellor, Admission Counsellor, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, CRM).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Prior experience in educational sales or admissions.
- Sales experience will be highly appreciated.
- Target-driven with a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
