Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service support.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Achieve assigned sales and support targets.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
