Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
- Assess individuals’ interests, skills, and career goals
- Provide guidance on suitable career paths, courses, and opportunities
- Help individuals overcome confusion and make confident decisions
- Stay updated with industry trends, job markets, and emerging careers
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and career awareness programs
- Maintain accurate counselling records and follow-ups
- Collaborate with academic, training, or placement teams

Qualifications
