Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Management
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Maintain office records, files, legal documents, and confidential data systematically.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and client communications professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, consultations, and schedules of advocates/consultants.
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate procurement of office supplies and stationery.
- Supervise housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Client Coordination
- Attend clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain client databases and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, appointments, and submissions.
- Ensure proper filing and safe handling of confidential client information.
Legal & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparation, printing, scanning, binding, and filing of legal documents.
- Maintain case files, agreements, notices, petitions, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with courts, government departments, consultants, and external agencies when required.
- Track important dates, hearings, deadlines, and compliance timelines.
Accounts & Reporting
- Maintain basic office expense records and invoices.
- Coordinate with accountants regarding bills, payments, and reimbursements.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain MIS records if required.
Technology & Office Systems
- Operate MS Office, email systems, printers, scanners, and basic office software efficiently.
- Maintain digital records and cloud/document management systems.
Pay: From ₹5,532.50 per month
