Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop content strategies tailored to each client's industry, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Create creative concepts, scripts, captions, and content calendars for client accounts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
- Shoot and edit basic short-form videos, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content when required.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client's brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Research competitors and identify new content opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely content delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–4 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Executive.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Ability to identify and create content around the latest trends while adapting them to different brands.
- Excellent creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience in writing engaging captions and basic content copy.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients from different industries.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly content and content marketing strategies.
- Portfolio showcasing social media content, Reels, campaigns, or creative work.
