About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive who can generate leads, build relationships with clients, and close sales for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions (software, services, SaaS, digital solutions, etc.)
- Schedule meetings, demos, and product presentations with potential clients
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver client solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs
Requirements
- Good understanding of IT products and services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales funnels, and lead-generation techniques
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn
- Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings
- Freshers with good communication skills & interest in IT sales are welcome
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in B2B IT sales, software sales, or SaaS sales
- Familiarity with Enterprise software solutions
- Understanding of digital marketing, cloud solutions, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
