About this opportunity:
The Proactive Access & Estates support coordinator is responsible for delivering proactive Access & Estates operations supporting the MBNL contract. The role ensures timely and compliant site access by managing landlord relationships, proactive portfolio activities, site data governance, operational reporting, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role works closely with UK and EGI operational teams to maintain service continuity, improve operational performance, and support customer contractual commitments.
What you will do:

Manage proactive Access & Estates operational activities across the MBNL portfolio.

Process landlord and site access requests, lease validations, landlord changes, and new site onboarding.

Maintain SiteTracker data integrity through bulk updates, documentation management, and access validation.

Perform proactive monitoring of access performance, access breaches, and operational trends.

Coordinate landlord portfolio management, accreditation activities, high-risk site handling, and governance processes.

Manage operational mailboxes and coordinate workflow across multiple stakeholders.

Support outage requests, switch key management, and operational project activities.

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and governance updates.

Collaborate with UK operational teams, customers, suppliers, landlords, and internal Ericsson stakeholders.

Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and health & safety requirements.
The skills you bring:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
-
5+ years of experience in Telecom Operations, Service Delivery, Estates, Property Management, or Field Operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Good reporting and Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Skills:

Telecom Access & Estates experience.

SiteTracker or similar workflow management tools.

Experience working with UK telecom customers.

Knowledge of operational governance and service delivery.
