Job Summary
K.J. Hyundai is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Consultants to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Hyundai vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate vehicle booking, financing, insurance, and delivery.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Requirements
- Graduate or PUC with relevant sales experience.
- Experience in automobile sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
