- Qualification: Diploma/Btech/BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Joining: Immediate or within 1 week preferred
- Salary: As per company norms and experience
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication, preferably in:
- Operator Cabins
- Fuel / Hydraulic Tanks
- Similar Sheet Metal Products

Key Responsibilities
- Execute production as per the planned schedule.
- Handle line production, line setup and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets and quality requirements are achieved.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) projects and process development.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Plant and Supply Chain teams.
- Conduct weekly and monthly production schedule reviews.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions and process standards.
- Maintain and follow ISO/IATF 16949 documentation.
- Manage and coordinate with the production team for smooth operations.
- Work as per the company's vision, strategy, planning and targets.
