Role & responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.
- Updating existing clients on new features and product developments.
- Documenting satisfied customer interactions.
- Collecting customer feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Ensuring quality service by following organizational protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
