Key Responsibilities
- Lead field & digital marketing initiatives
- Drive lead generation and brand-building campaigns
- Promote and increase adoption of the Channel Partner App
- Manage telemarketing & tele-sales activities
- Plan and execute customer, partner & branch-level campaigns
- Track marketing KPIs, ROI, lead conversion & app adoption
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, IT & Business teams
Candidate Profile
4–8 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong field & digital marketing expertise
Experience in campaign planning and lead generation
Knowledge of telemarketing & tele-sales operations
Strong stakeholder management & analytical skills
BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
