DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Lead Follow-Up & Client Engagement
- Follow up with new and existing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Use leads generated by the marketing team for the above, as well as generate self- leads to convert them into prospective buyers, through local activities.
- Schedule and confirm site visits or virtual walkthroughs with prospective buyers. Provide personalized consultation aligned with the brand stature to HNI clients.
B. Site Visit Management
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide a detailed walkthrough the projects. Highlight the USPs of the luxury property, including design, amenities, location, and exclusivity.
- Ensure that the site is well-prepared and aligned with the brand's luxury image. Inform the site staff well in advance regarding the visit and ensure that the site is well maintained.
- Record the feedback and next steps after each visit. Ensure that all client interactions are documented.
C. CRM Updates & Documentation
- Update the lead status, client notes, and follow-up actions in the ERP.
- Manage and submit booking forms and client documentation for processing to CRO after approval from VP Sales.
D. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with the Client Relations team to update client progress.
- Follow up with liaison/Client Relations ream for agreement or registration status. Communicate client-specific requirements or concerns to the design, engineering, or Client Relation teams, if needed.
E. Sales Strategy Implementation
- Attend daily/weekly sales meetings to align on targets and updates.
- Track and review personal sales performance.
- Discuss lead quality and campaign outcomes with the marketing team.
F. Awareness on key market trends
- Monitor competitive luxury projects in the area—pricing, offers, inventory.
- Gather insights from clients about their preferences or competing properties.
G. Reporting & Review
- Submit daily sales reports, visit logs, and follow-up status to VP Sales/Sales group.
- Prepare priority list of hot/cold leads and submit weekly reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
