Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Advise the CEO and senior management on financial planning, investment opportunities, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and profitability improvement programs.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain effective financial controls and reporting systems.
- Oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing, and financial documentation.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, risk management practices, and corporate governance standards.
- Lead internal and external audits and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and financial performance improvements.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounts team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to senior management to achieve organizational goals and sustainable business growth.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
