Role Summary:
The Customer Care Executive will handle patient inquiries, follow-up communication and service support. The role requires clarity in communication, empathy and the ability to guide clients through SPARRC’s care pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound patient communication
- Provide clear information on services, appointments, packages and follow-up requirements
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with centres to schedule appointments and address concerns
- Assist in patient feedback collection and service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle patient conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience in customer service preferred, ideally in healthcare
