Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our products, services, websites, blogs, user guides, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and proofread technical and non-technical content.
- Develop product descriptions, website content, blogs, articles, FAQs, and case studies.
- Write user manuals, knowledge base articles, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to gather information.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Ensure content follows company branding and style guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
- Update existing content based on product changes and customer feedback.
- Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in technical content writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS, IT, or Digital Marketing industries.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management.
- Experience with documentation tools and project management platforms.
