Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Coimbatore. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of customer support activities. Responsibilities include managing and improving customer service procedures, analyzing customer service reports and metrics, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The role also involves coaching and training customer service representatives, maintaining high levels of communication within the team, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer service experience.
- Experience in online customer service / e-commerce support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
