- Candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in the purchase/procurement field, preferably in the machinery manufacturing industry.
- Well Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing materials
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Source and procure materials such as pumps, membranes, valves, pipes, electrical components, and fabrication materials
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for best pricing and terms
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and develop new vendors
- Ensure timely procurement to meet production and project schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams
- Prepare and process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Handle vendor performance evaluation and audits
- Resolve supply chain issues and delays effectively
- Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
