Job description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrician to join our team and manage the electrical systems and equipment in our site, with a primary focus on the Project Department. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper functioning of site instruments, troubleshoot electrical issues, and perform routine maintenance to support seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in the site, with special attention to site equipment and instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues affecting site instruments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Install, test, and calibrate electrical systems for site equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with site staff to identify and address equipment-related concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring, panels, and connections to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of site instruments and electrical systems.
- Commissioning, maintenance and installation of panel knowledge is required.
Qualifications:
- ITI Electrical or diploma in electrical work.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in same required (Fresher preferred).
- Proven experience as an electrician, ideally with exposure to site work.
- Familiarity with site equipment and instruments (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, manuals, and diagrams.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
