Payfin is a SaaS platform enabling businesses to streamline bulk payments, vendor management, and financial automation while staying compliant with RBI guidelines.
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern to support our finance-driven HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship is designed for final-semester students who are eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and are looking to build a career in Human Resources within a fast-growing fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain HR records and compliance-related employee data.
- Assist with HR operations, including attendance, leave tracking, and performance review support.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn posts and career page updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Only final-semester students pursuing or recently completing a BBA, MBA, PGDM (HR), or an equivalent HR-related program are eligible.
- Candidates must be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Applications from students who are not in their final semester will not be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Passion for HR, people operations, and startup culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
