Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Social Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and entry-level professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and social media.
No prior work experience is required. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Create content calendars and posting schedules.
- Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms.
- Coordinate content with graphic designers and video editors.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Track engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign results.
- Test and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain campaign documentation and marketing records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
Preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
