Job Description:
Envsoft Solutions LLP is looking for 3 energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be able to understand client requirements, communicate effectively, and contribute towards achieving business targets. Immediate joiners will be eligible for a special joining bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through bidding platforms, calls, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Communicate professionally with clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus
- Good email drafting and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills
