The BMS Engineer is responsible for monitoring of various DC infrastructure integrated to Building Management System including Safety and Security systems. Position includes incident management/ coordination, various report preparation, and maintain system logs and reports.
1. Key Responsibilities:
BMS Operations & Maintenance
· Know the Customer SLAs thoroughly to understand the deviations.
· Continuous and close monitoring of alarms.
· Ensuring all the alarms are acknowledged and closed logically.
· Alarms that are not resolved need to be escalated as per escalation chart.
· Quickly report the incident to the stakeholders as per the Internal escalation matrix.
· Incident Ticket creation in portal
· Complaint log to partner and tracking till closure
· Event Log / Evidence preservation for the service impact incidents
· Maintain critical data like IPs, Servers, Storage, workstation, Network Switch Details
· Access Control System – Card Activation, Deactivation and reconciliation
· Password Management and Backup Maintenance as per the process
· ELV System – physical checks at panel for any troubles and Alarms
· Documentation support for the Internal, External and Customer Audits.
· Monthly Report reports preparation for Temp & Rh, Access and CCTV.
· Perform all BMS related maintenance activities as per the schedule
· Latency, Time Sync verification during Maintenance activity.
· PM Observations closure Tracking
· Tracking VAPT and Patch Management activities and update to Shift Manager
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
