Job Description:
The Visa Sales Expert will be responsible for driving sales of visa services for a travel company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa regulations and processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on visa requirements and processes to prospective customers
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to promote and sell visa services to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Build rapport with customers by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their visa needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's database
- Follow up with customers on their inquiries and concerns
- Handle objections and provide solutions to customers' problems
- Upsell and cross-sell visa services to maximize revenue
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation of the sales process
- Keep abreast of visa regulations and processes for various countries
- Maintain relationships with embassies and consulates
Required Skills
- Proven experience of 2-3 yrs as a visa sales expert, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
