Job Summary:-
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Slimming Manager to manage daily branch operations and ensure excellent client service in the slimming and wellness center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming center
- Handle client consultations and maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor slimming treatments and client progress
- Supervise therapists and wellness staff
- Achieve monthly sales and branch targets
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and discipline in the branch
- Handle client queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure proper follow-up for appointments and packages
- Support team training and performance monitoring
Requirements
- MSc Nutrition and Dietetics is mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in Slimming / Wellness industry
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in client handling and team management
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of slimming treatments and wellness services
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
