- Lead and manage the complete Quality Department and quality assurance activities.
- Manage quality control for Rubber-to-Metal Bonded Components and Assemblies.
- Develop and implement QMS, SOPs, quality procedures, inspection plans and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with Railway, RDSO/IR and customer quality requirements.
- Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.
- Control and reduce rejection, rework, customer complaints and quality deviations.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, 8D and corrective/preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct and support internal, customer and certification audits.
- Maintain quality records including inspection reports, test certificates, calibration records and other quality documentation.
- Ensure proper calibration and validation of measuring and testing equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase and Supplier Quality teams.
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
- Drive continuous improvement, defect prevention and process capability improvement.
- Train and develop Quality and Production teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular quality performance reports.
- Experience in Railway/RDSO-related quality requirements will be preferred.
- Strong experience in customer audits, internal audits and quality documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9002: experience with IRIS / ISO 22163 will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
