Job Overview
Galaxy Flights is seeking an experienced Tour Package Team Manager for its UK process. The role involves handling UK customer queries for tour packages as well as managing a team of travel executives. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing operations, and ensuring smooth execution of international holiday bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle UK customer inquiries for international holiday and tour packages
- Design and customize travel itineraries (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolution of customer issues
- Lead, guide, and monitor a team of travel consultants/executives
- Assign work, track performance, and ensure achievement of targets
- Improve conversion rates and drive sales performance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth travel execution
- Maintain reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking
- Ensure high-quality customer experience for UK clients
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in travel sales / tour package handling (UK process preferred)
- Proven ability to handle both sales and team management
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and holiday packages
- Strong knowledge of short-haul and long-haul international destinations and tour packages is required
- Leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in UK travel process or international BPO
- Prior experience handling holiday packages for UK clients
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- 2–5 years of relevant experience required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
