- Welcome customers and visitors professionally
- Attend incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with sales and insurance advisors
- Follow up with customers for document collection and renewals
- Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and office communication
- Maintain customer data in CRM/AppSheet/Excel
- Support policy issuance and renewal process
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
