Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher in Florence High School to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. The role focuses on delivering age-appropriate lessons, fostering academic growth, and supporting the overall development of students. The teacher will be responsible for classroom management, student assessment, and maintaining effective communication with parents and school staff.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum
● Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being
● Assess, monitor, and record student progress through regular evaluations
● Develop learning materials, activities, and assignments that cater to diverse learning needs
● Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior
● Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development
● Participate in school events, staff meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities
● Ensure the safety and welfare of students at all times
Qualification Criteria
● Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
● Strong understanding of primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
● Ability to manage and engage young learners effectively
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
● Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
