- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant healthcare services appropriately.
- Explain service benefits, packages, and consultation options clearly and confidently.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with interested customers to drive conversions.
- Maintain a professional, warm, and customer-friendly approach at all times.
- Coordinate with the relevant hospital/pharmacy teams for lead conversion and customer support.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain basic records and reports of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and represent the healthcare brand professionally.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.

- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, tele-sales, healthcare, pharmacy, hospitality, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
