Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing communication between inter-company departments
Liaising with government departments and external authorities
Consolidation and preparation of reports for management review
Calendar management for the Managing Director
Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
Checking, drafting, and responding to emails, self correspondence.
Managing travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries
Providing administrative support and assisting the admin team whenever required
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management
Strong communication and coordination skills, Well versant with MS Office
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Location: Head Office, Akota Vadodara
Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
