Job Description
Athenian Professional is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager and Video Content Creator to manage our Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, shooting and editing real videos, managing social media pages, increasing online visibility, generating customer enquiries, and helping grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Shoot and edit professional reels and promotional videos.
- Create content for salon services, academy activities, student work, offers, events, and customer transformations.
- Post regular reels, stories, photos, videos, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags.
- Reply to customer messages, comments, and enquiries.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, calls, leads, and bookings.
- Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Follow current social media trends and create trending videos.
- Track performance and submit regular social media reports.
- Focus on generating real business, not only increasing followers.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in social media management and video editing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Knowledge of CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Creative mindset and knowledge of current social media trends.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Experience in the salon, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or education industry will be preferred.
- Candidates should be able to share previous work samples or a portfolio.
Salary
Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
