Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Udhna, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups regarding admissions.
- Counsel students on available courses, fee structure, and program benefits.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
- Maintain accurate student records and admission data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor, Education Counsellor, Student Counsellor, Telecaller, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (spoken and written).
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
