We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience while managing front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about courses, services, fees, and schedules.
- Manage walk-in inquiries and maintain records in the CRM or Excel.
- Schedule appointments and counseling sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students to increase admissions.
- Maintain daily inquiry, visitor, and admission records.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers and other departments for smooth daily operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with fee collection, receipt generation, and other front office duties as assigned. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or administration (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
